First week

Deze week maar een kort berichtje
Elder Phillip Evans eerste week is voorbij hij heeft het er naar zijn zin maar is wel erg druk. Hij is nu al naar Eindhoven, Brussel en Rotterdam gegaan om van alles te doen.
Hij heeft leuke companions (Elder Cockbain and Elder Lind) en het appartament waar hij in verblijft is groot en mooi

Elder Phillip Evans first week is past and he really likes it there but its very busy. He already traveled to Eindhoven, Brussel and Rotterdam to do all kind of stuff.
He has nice companions (Elder Cockbain and Elder Lind) and the apartment where he is staying is big and nice

farewell

"This is the last post before I officially start my mission, on Tuesday.
Now that it's finally here, I am as sure as ever that going on a mission is and was the right decision for me. I have mixed feelings about my departure: on one hand, I see this as the beginning of a new chapter in my life, which is always exciting; but on the other hand, I will not see my beloved Judith for two years. I am well aware of the many blessings that my mission will bring to me and my loved ones as well as the influence my testimony will have on those I meet and teach.

I've almost packed everything and all my washes have been done, and all I need to do tomorrow is pop out to the shop to get some things.

You'll find my postal address to the right of this post in the sidebar. As for those who really insist on sending e-mails (though I really do prefer letters). Send your e-mail address to me (or to Judith) and I'll contact you when I know which e-mail address I'll be using on my mission.

Mission - 19 days left

In less than 3 weeks, I shall depart for Leiden, where I will spend the next two years, working at the mission office in Leiden, the Netherlands.

While I'm gone, Judith will maintain my e-mail and social network accounts and update this blog regularly (well, as regularly as I send her updates).
